The room was neat and complete with good quality towels and king size bed plus the bathroom. The location was particularly good and perfect, near to the local shops and Preston road underground station as well as the tube station, in a mostly residential area.

Our room here had a nice setup, making it easy to unwind, and the bathroom was spotless - perfect for relaxing after a long day! 🛁

Staff very helpful and friendly. Decor was clean and fresh, and bed was comfortable. Close to Preston Road station on the Metropiltan line - a direct route to Kings Cross rail station
The furniture in the dining room and bedroom seem to have been squeezed in to save space. The bedroom door hit the bedside cabinet, the toilet is practically underneath the sink and one of the tables in the dining room had its extended ends folded down which meant you couldn't get your legs underneath.

The Hotel was spotlessly clean...the staff were so so nice...The hotel is quiet and was ideally situated for our trip to Wembley for a concert which is a 25 min walk short taxi ride and 10 mins to the tube station......I Would most certainly staff at the Brent again and would recommend to anyone who asked me......

Ok, average hotel. Sky TV in the rooms which was nice.Seems to be recently renovated.
Soft Mattress. Dusty. Bathroom not cleaned properly. Blinds dont keep the light out in the morning. Some road noise from traffic.

A little more space in the room would increase all the evaluation.
There is nothing really bad apart of small space.

Modern, clean and good value for money. The continental breakfast was good, with a great range of "help yourself" foods. It is a fair way out of Harrow, but easy walking distance (10 -15mins). There are loads of eating places within 20 mins walk and tube and buses are nearby. Ideal for Webley - just one tube ride away - if the tibe is running, unfortuately whilst I was there the track was under maintenance so replacement buses were the alternative. Staff were helpful when asked questions.
The room was very hot when I arrived (it was the evening of a very hot day) My room was on the third floor (under the roof) and the windows were all shut - the room was like an oven! I dumped my bags opened the three windows and went for a meal - two hours later the room had cooled down and was a realistic temperature. Staff could have opened the windows before my arrival to cool the room and then I could have freshened up before my meal - just a small point, but important when you are tired and wanting to relax in your room.

Staff were very helpful & accommodating.
Would have liked more choice for breakfast. There was only one type of juice/bread. We were not given a choice of how we'd like our eggs in the cooked breakfast. The security light (outside my bedroom window) was set off by cats at 4am & the light stayed on until morning & kept me awake.
